A new name for the George St Specialist Centre may mean new signs for the facility and a new website URL, but nothing will change for customers accessing our range of specialist services.
Under the new brand, the services we provide our customers will remain the same.
As of February 1, the George St Specialist Centre is now known as Specialist Clinics of Australia. However, customer care and services such as appointment booking and other main aspects of our business will undergo a seamless transition.
Why is the George St Specialist Centre changing its name to Specialist Clinics of Australia?
This name better reflects our vision and the services we provide to our customers. “The services provided at the George St Specialist Centre have always been delivered by top medical practitioners in areas of gynaecology, liposculpture, treatments for snoring & sleep apnoea and skin cancer,” Dr Cussell explains. “Our goal is to make these services accessible to more customers. This highlights the need for expansion and opening new locations. The new name better reflects that ongoing aim.”
What does this rebrand mean for customers? Are there changes to medical services?
The rebrand will not change the experience of our customers or the treatments they receive. Services will continue as they have so far under the new name. Throughout February, customers will notice some changes taking place in our clinic, including new signage, new identity badges for all staff members, a new website and new materials to reflect our new brand.
When is this change effective? How can customers get in touch?
As of February 1st, the George St Specialist Centre will be known as Specialist Clinics of Australia.
Customers can continue to contact us on our normal phone number at 02 8459 0312, or stop by any of our Sydney clinics.
However our email addresses will change to reflect the new website address, so customers can reach their usual contacts at the centre by changing @gsspecialist.com.au to @specialistaustralia.com.au on the end of existing contact details and we highly encourage clients to update your address book to avoid important appointment messages from being caught up in spam filters!
